This item is a SolderX brand solderless quick-connect harness designed to give the user great tone along with the convenience of connecting your pickups quickly and easily without the need of a soldering iron or solder. SolderX is a new company powered by 30 years of guitar industry knowledge.

Once your pickups are connected, the 5-way switch works like every other Strat®. The other controls are standard with the exception of the bottom tone control is connected to the bridge pickup. That’s the way I’ve always wired my Strats®, so it made sense to keep it that way.
Connection is easy. All you need is a small flat screwdriver to push the little button down as you poke your wires into the block. Directions are included with the harness and are easy to follow.
This wiring harness should be grounded to your guitar by utilizing the bridge ground and body ground wires that should be on your Strat® from the factory. If you’re building a new guitar from scratch then you will have to source some 22 gauge ground wire.
